We add more knowledge on Herbal massage in the class, you will learn a technique how to use Herbal ball apply in oil massage for more benefit on Eases stiff, sprained, bruised or swollen areas. Relieves joint and muscle contractions. Helps stretch tendon, sinew and connective tissue. Relieves muscle inflammation developed with 24-48hours.Improves blood circulation, body relaxation and enhances the skins radiance.
